As your coach, my purpose is to offer a safe, non-judgmental, and genuinely supportive space where you can explore these challenges with confidence. I work with complete positive regard, helping you release what holds you back so you can move toward a more meaningful, fulfilled life.
My training spans a wide range of social-science-based approaches, including traditional life-coaching frameworks, Modern Applied Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Mindfulness practices. This diverse foundation allows me to tailor my coaching to your unique needs and goals.
Before stepping into coaching, I spent several years in the marketing industry, working across both corporate and independent sectors. That experience deepened my interest in human behavior and inspired my coaching journey. I began studying life coaching in 2019 for my own personal growth, and quickly realized just how transformative this work can be—whether you’re seeking change or simply wanting to elevate an already fulfilling life.
Since then, I’ve continued expanding my skills through ongoing training and qualifications, ultimately giving me the confidence and capability to build my own coaching practice. Throughout 2020 and beyond, I’ve supported many clients in navigating personal and global challenges—particularly those amplified by the Covid-19 era—with clarity, resilience, and renewed purpose.
